About the HDS project…
Hard Dance Showcase (HDS) is at Hidden and if you arrive before 1130pm there is no door entry charge with a free HDS moreonthedoor.com e-ticket. Backed by Frantic, HDS offers the opportunity to see the hard-dance scenes future heroes; expect to pick-up demo CDs and enjoy an up-for-it party atmosphere. The DJ line-ups will also usually include some of the scenes biggest names for added good measure.

Our website has been set up to promote purely hard dance biased events; we are run on an entirely voluntary basis which helps keep our costs low and enables us to have one of the smallest booking fees online. Any profit we do make is re-invested back into the website to deliver a clubber orientated promoter friendly service. We also use any profit to contribute to our support of many hard-dance DJs and promoters by hosting their websites for free. Recently, we have had the pleasure of supporting HDS by hosting a room, showcasing a combination of our promoters up-coming talent along with DJs who have caught our attention as being names to look out for. In addition, we support the event by offering HDS our advanced e-ticket service totally free (there is no booking fee on free HDS tickets through moreonthedoor.com), and our time to manage the moreonthedoor.com room his happily done on a voluntary basis.

SCOTT FO SHAW
Special Guest!
Hard-dance fans will already know the name Scott Fo Shaw, an impossibly young and immensely talented producer and DJ who is ripping up dance-floors all over the place. With an impressive back-catalogue already under his belt, Scott has a well-deserved reputation for his technical ability and passion for the hard house scene.
Scott often plays warm-up sets, and proudly claims to be “putting the house back into hardhouse”. With regular appearances at the mighty Tidy Weekenders and Frantic events, Scott is the latest hot new talent to be added to the legendary Storm roster of resident DJs.

ANDY SWEET
Technically brilliant, Andy has been on our radar for some time. His addictive and often relentless track selection makes him an instant hit where ever he plays. In addition to his DJing skills, Andy has recently applied his talent to producing tracks with stunning effect.
DAN SLINN
An incredibly astute DJ, what Dan doesn’t know about hard house is frankly not worth knowing anyway. His ability to work with a crowd to push up the bpm with seaming ease is backed by impressive mixing abilities. Clever and considered track selection rounds off guaranteed crowd-pleasing performances.
DJ TOBIAS
Playing out for less than a year, so far Tobias has already created an impressive fan base through his regular appearances at events such as the Midlands Bounce 2 This. His high octane, high speed and often boundary pushing sets allow him to showcase his much practiced to perfection mixing abilities. Tobias played for us earlier in the year and consequently appears back on our line-up by huge popular demand.
NELLY B
As a passionate supporter of Trade and the belief that DJing is all about delivering what clubbers want to hear rather than trying too hard to be hip, cool and ground-breaking (which, lets be honest, often fails and wounds even the most die-hardy ego) our regular resident usually occupies a 3am slot for us and each set will generally be based on a specific range of classics or styles from a one label or promotion. His debut set dedicated to Trade classics went down a storm, while his most recent set for us in October featured up-to-date hard dance. December’s set will be full of Nukleuz anthems – we can’t wait!
DAN GURNER
Another name that has been on our radars for a while is the driving force behind Concept, Southend’s monthly hard-dance event that has the likes of Paul Glazby, Andy Farley and Cally Gage singing its praises. Dan Gurner (also know as Dan The Concept Man) has unrelenting passion for hard dance, hard house and full-on filth. By deliberately not planning his sets he guarantees the right track for any time of the night.
WAIN JOHNSTONE
Making a return visit for us is this cheeky, immensely fun and energetic DJ. His passion for bounce is as infectious as the tracks he delivers in foot stomping crowd-pleasing sets. Admittedly bounce is rather like Marmite (you either love it or hate it) but Wain is breaking down the barriers. His moreonthedoor.com re-appearance at the next HDS will round off a powerful line-up of top raw talent he is sure to eek out unknown energy in even the most hard-core clubber.
