We do not offer a customer requested cancellation, exchange or refund facility for e-Tickets purchased through moreonthedoor.com

Our no cancellation/refund policy is in line with The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, and in particular the provisions made within these regulations for the sale of event tickets.

e-Ticket Delivery:-

Please note, we do not send physical tickets through the post.  You will receive your e-Ticket in email form to the address you have specified in your moreonthedoor.com account or, when using our PayPal Express Checkout, to the address specified within your PayPal account.

If, as part of your purchase through moreonthedoor.com, you are entitled to a gift or complimentary items (e.g. free CDs) you will be able to collect these from the venue when you present your e-ticket to gain admission.
